      If you’re looking for coaching, structure, and real progress — welcome.

  • Most clients attend 2–4 sessions per week, depending on goals, schedule, and recovery needs. Contrary to popular belief, research has shown that 2 sessions per week can produce over 80% of the strength and muscle gains.

  • Yes. Small group sizes allow our coaches to still give hands-on cues, form corrections, and individual feedback throughout every session—so you’re never just “another face in the room.”

  • We aren't a typical 'walk in and do what you want' Gym. Everything we do here is coached, structured and under supervision. So, we aren’t your ‘typical’ gym.

  • No. While the group follows a shared workout structure, each person’s exercises, loads, and progressions are individualized based on their goals, experience, and limitations.

  • We have parking available in our own dedicated car park in front of our building and also on the roads around the unit.

  • When you sign up, you’ll choose your preferred training time — either 6:15am or 7:45am.

    You’ll train at this same time for the full 28-day program. This helps keep groups consistent, builds familiarity within your group, and makes it easier to lock training into your routine.
